This was sent to me by a lady in my email group. Thanks Dawn!   sarcastic

I have not verified these businesses for their anti-Christmas or pro-Christmas slant.  I suppose the ACLU has shamed the sense out of them.

Here is the origin of this list. American Family Association -- Naughty or Nice

Here are three lists:

My form email to San Antonio-based HEB:

Hello!

I would like to know HEB's stance on the word Christmas. Will you be using this word or avoiding it?

I need to know as I am boycotting those companies who have been shamed by the communist organization ACLU.

Thank you,
Kat Lawson

bcc: Those who need to know.

HEB has responded and along with their email they have supplied me with the source of the lists:

Dear Mrs. Lawson:

Thank you for contacting H-E-B.  We always appreciate hearing from our
Friends and Customers.

We appreciate your contacting us regarding H-E-B listed under American
Family Association - AFA's 2009 top retailers and how they recognize
Christmas. In response to this alert, we would like to clarify our
position.  H-E-B uses "Christmas" in our TV commercials, Radio
commercials, In Store Advertising and in our H-E-B store ads company
wide.  Our Public Affairs Department worked with AFA and they have
corrected this information on their site.

HEB has been added to the AFA Companies FOR "Christmas" updated
11-10-09.
http://action.afa.net/Detail.aspx?id=2147486887

At H-E-B, we value and respect all our Customers and strive to support
all of the communities we serve.

H-E-B is honored to serve you and hope we can continue to do so. We
genuinely value your comments and your business.

Sincerely,

H-E-B Customer Relations

I will update our list.
